Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I reach my page limit?

When you reach your monthly page limit, new pages will not be able to display recommended products. Existing pages that were already processed will continue to show recommendations until the end of the month. Your limit resets at the beginning of each new billing cycle.

Can I manually control which pages show recommendations?

Currently, we don't offer blacklist or whitelist functionality for controlling which pages display recommendations. The system automatically processes all pages on your registered domains. However, pages that receive no visitors will automatically expire after 1 month of inactivity.

How do you define a "page"?

A page is defined as a unique URL path without query parameters. For example:

Same page:

  • • https://example.com/products/shoes
  • • https://example.com/products/shoes?color=red
  • • https://example.com/products/shoes?size=10&color=blue

Different pages:

  • • https://example.com/products/shoes
  • • https://example.com/products/boots
  • • https://example.com/categories/footwear

How often do page limits reset?

Page limits reset monthly based on your subscription billing cycle. For monthly subscriptions, this happens on the same date each month when your subscription renews. For annual subscriptions, the limit resets monthly throughout the year.

What happens to inactive pages?

Pages that don't receive any visitors for 30 consecutive days are automatically marked as inactive and will no longer count toward your page limit. If these pages start receiving traffic again, they will be reactivated and count toward your current month's usage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new page limit takes effect immediately. For downgrades, the change will take effect at your next billing cycle to ensure you don't lose access to features you've already paid for.
