Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
What happens if I exceed my page limit?
Once you reach your monthly page limit, new pages stop receiving fresh product recommendations until the next billing cycle. Pages that were already analyzed continue to show recommendations. Upgrade anytime to lift the cap immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
We start with a generous Free Plan so you can evaluate the service before paying. For paid plans, contact us if you run into any issues — we handle refund requests case by case.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Visit your dashboard and pick a different plan from the Subscription Plans section. Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock the new page limit right away. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
